Privacy policy

Last updated: 28 August 2026. Order Flow (Jathol) is an offline-first point-of-sale app. This page is the public policy for the app and this website.

Who we are

The app is published by Jathol. Support is WhatsApp @Jathol_Jutt only.

What stays on the shop device

Menu, photos, prices, stock, tickets, customers, staff, printers and settings are stored on the Main phone. Stations talk to Main over shop Wi‑Fi. We do not host your live sales in the cloud.

What is sent online

• License check: license key and a random device ID go to the Jathol license service so Main can activate.
• This website may log that an app file was requested. The file is delivered from Jathol’s server.
• If you tap WhatsApp, WhatsApp receives the message you send.
• No advertising IDs, no analytics SDKs, no sale of shop data.

Permissions

• Camera — barcode and join QR (optional).
• Bluetooth — printers (optional).
• Nearby Wi‑Fi / location — Android may need this to read the shop IP. We do not map you.
• Notifications / foreground service — keep Main’s shop server alive.

Deletion

Uninstall the app to remove local shop data on that phone. To reset a license binding, WhatsApp @Jathol_Jutt with the device ID from More → License.
